Bryan Clontz

Bryan is a senior partner with EAC and president and co-founder of Charitable Solutions, LLC, which assists nonprofits and foundations in non-cash asset receipt and liquidation, gift annuity reinsurance brokerage, gift annuity risk management consulting, and CRT/CGA investment management. He is also founder of the Dechomai Foundation and Dechomai Asset Trust, Emergency Assistance Foundation, and National Gift Annuity Foundation. And he happens to be an avid pickleball player.

Bryan has given thousands of presentations on financial planning and planned giving topics, and is the author of “Just Add Water,” a planned giving manual that has sold more than 2,000 copies.

Prior to launching his own company, Bryan served as vice president of advancement at the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta, and national director of planned giving for Boys & Girls Clubs of America. He holds a degree in business administration from the College of Charleston, a master’s in risk management and insurance from Georgia State University, and a master’s in financial services and doctorate in retirement and financial planning from the American College of Financial Services.

Bryan is a certified financial planner, a chartered life underwriter, a chartered financial consultant, an accredited estate planner, and a chartered advisor in philanthropy. He is an adjunct professor of personal financial planning and life insurance at Georgia State University. He serves on the Editorial Board of the Planned Giving Design Center, the Advisory Board for the American College’s Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy designation, the American Council on Gift Annuities’ Rate Recommendation Committee, and the National Committee on Planned Giving Board (2007-2010).
