How can your community foundation move more money toward your established values and community impact priorities? As you do so, how might you track and expand your Assets Under Influence (AUI), not just assets under management?
Ekstrom Alley Clontz & Associates (EAC) drafted a new AUI framework based on conversations and consulting with dozens of community foundations. The four-part framework describes readiness indicators, lessons learned, and choices of goals, activities, and progress measures. The framework also describes the importance of integrating AUI work across a foundation’s functional areas.
In this webinar, you’ll learn about the new AUI framework and how three community foundations manage their AUI strategies, goals, and practices. EAC will also release its new report on the framework that day.
