Ralph joined EAC in 2016. He is also president and CEO of the Adams County Community Foundation in Pennsylvania, and founder of the Unrestricted Asset Development Peer Group— a peer leadership group that identifies, builds and implements successful strategies to raise unrestricted assets. Today, the group includes more than 125 community foundations nationwide.

Ralph previously served seven years as vice president of development at the Baltimore Community Foundation, where he and his team solicited current and legacy gifts for new philanthropic funds, including Invest in Baltimore and the Civic Leadership Fund, and garnered support for the foundation’s vision for the city. He also oversaw the team responsible for donor services, and marketing and communications, including the $100 million Campaign for BCF and Baltimore. Ralph previously was executive vice president of the Princeton Area Community Foundation, and directed professional advisor outreach for Community Foundation Silicon Valley. He’s held management positions with Wells Fargo Bank and Chase Manhattan.

Ralph holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Fredonia State University and is a certified fundraising executive. He is a volunteer member of the York City General Authority, and the past president of the Gift Planning Council of New Jersey and the York City Human Relations Commission.
